2. Do you require an appointment for a Pointe Shoe Fitting?
We recommend setting up an appointment so we can focus solely on the fitting with no other distractions. Please call or email for an appointment. If for some reason you need to stop in or happen to stop in without an appointment, we will do everything we can to accommodate you at that moment. Also, be sure to wear a convertible tight during the fitting.
3. Do you sell tap shoes?
Yes, we do!! We carry various types of tap shoes for all ages and all levels. We will fit you in the appropriate shoe for whatever your level of experience is.
4. Do you carry anything other then dancewear?
Absolutely. We carry a wide range of performance wear. From booty shorts to stretch pants, we have it all. Tanks, crop tops, and a full line of fashion leotards that could be worn for a night out.
5. Do you carry any Cheer items?
Yes, we do. We carry Nfinity products for the happy cheerleaders
6. What brand of tights do you carry?
We carry Bloch, Body Wrappers, and Eurotard tights. Always have a wide range of sizes and colors in stock.
7. Can you special order items?
Yes, we can. Feel free to stop in or give us a call so we can work together on what it is you need. We will work together to find what it is your looking for.
8. Do you do Solo Costumes?
Yes, we do!! Our solo costumes are first come first serve. All costumes are done in-house by Bev. We are proud to say that in 2018 one of our solo costumes won Best Costume at VIP Dance.
9. How do I know what size I am?
Well oddly enough, nothing runs true to size. It’s always best to be fitted for your shoes and try on other clothing items in store. We also keep track of your purchases so we know what sizes were previously purchased
10. What is your return policy?
Because our staff spends time to ensure the best fit when our customers visit the store, we do not offer in store refunds. Returns may be made within 30 days for exchange or store credit. Store credits do not expire. Merchandise must be unworn, with tags attached and in new condition. Customers will be responsible for return shipping.
Tights, undergarments, cut fabric or trim, make-up and all Sale/Closeout items are FINAL SALE.
Coupon codes must be entered at time of purchase and are not valid on prior purchases. No price adjustments will be made.
